GS Instrument (CEO Chang-Don An), Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturer, is located in Juan-Dong, INCHEON. This company last year turnover is around 54 billion won with wireless telecommunication repeaters and etc. GSI is ready to extend market in the world. They have factory in China and sales office in USA, however, GSI have to solve quality problem for launching product in the world. Telecommunication equipment have high defective rate according to product characteristic, this defective cause should be deleted and increased quality for extending market to the world. Therefore, GSI was decided to invite Japanese expert and learn his knowledge for company. GS Instrument was selected ‘Japan Expert Invitation Technical Consulting Session’, which was organized by IBB group and Daily Economy.
‘Japan Expert Invitation Technical Consulting Session’ is technical consulting from Japanese expert, who had been worked same business field during 30 ~ 40 years and retired from that. Japanese expert should teach Korea mid-small size company with employment position. GSI was already shown their opinion for hiring Japanese expert. 3 Japanese experts applied GSI. GSI was chosen Mr. Ino Yaso after interview him, who is the expert for quality control management. Mr. Ino have been visited factory and been taught the quality control management skill 2 weeks of a month. |
