#1 A member of GS Instruments (Below as GSI) engaged in manufacturing Test & Measuring Instruments is busy to take business trips to overseas market to find a ready market and take channel research. GSI have focused sales & marketing on domestic market but nowadays GSI is eagerly promoting Test Equipment for telecommunication to overseas market with successful development collaborations between SK Telecom and GSI. Two companies had successfully developed Test Equipment for telecommunications during 3years from 2004 to 2007 with localization of technologies required. It is remarkable and successful owing to become 4th developer after USA, Japan, and German.

#2 the sales of Youngilchem manufacturing Color-film intermediate products, is incredibly increased by introducing production facilities for master chip necessary since SKC has financed and supported directly. SKC also produces Color Film, stably getting Master Chips from Youilchem.

It makes Youngilchem competitive in global market and the sales volume of Youngilchem had around $4million in last year and it is a double compared with 2million sales in 2008. Youngilchem is expecting 6million dollars in this year.

Finally SK group¡¯s core keyword is ¡°Strength Competitiveness¡± of business acquaintances. For small sized companies, they operate ¡°Open Innovation Center¡± and raise Partnership Fund from $120million to $150million as series of Win-win partnership. For the operation of Open Innovation Center, They are planning to invest up to $200million step by step from $50million. Also for they reduced payment condition within 7days by 100% Cash.

Furthermore, they took the lead in job creation. In this year, they took 2,600 employees than they had originally planned 2,000employees. Also apart of ¡°Job Creation¡± started from 2005, as of now they created 6,000jobs and they are planning to increase more than 10,000jobs until 2012.
